Here we hone in on the Mental -how you think, the Emotional -how you feel and the Spiritual -your connection with your higher power. Sometimes, we are so consumed with the world around us that we often neglect the world inside of us.

"Selah Rising" is a lifelong evolution of Self. How we think, feel and connect to our high power is revealed in how we navigate and show up in life. Selah, a biblical term, means to lift up and exalt. Rising, in astrology, references your "ascending" sign, how you dawn on people, your social personality, the you that the world knows. You are worthy of ascending in exaltation.

I am a certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. I firmly believe that no matter what in the world is going on around us, we can get thru it and persevere with our peace in tact. True Self-Love and real internal Peace are not innate, they must be acquired and are a beneficial necessity in travelling the path of life.

We tend to mirror the image that we know others have of us instead of reflecting the image we have of OurSelves. We will explore those intricate characteristics and qualities that are you and curate a path that honors who you truly are and can lead you to Your Best Life NOW! After your initial discovery call, a personalized package will be curated just for you.

REtreats are a great way to REcenter, REfocus, REstart and REclaim for any moment in life that you are in. We are proud to host and/or moderate retreats for various topics and seasons in life. We hold 1, 3 and 4 day retreats for groups up to 50 people (typically 1 day retreats can accommodate more guests).
